What payment methods do you accept?
AviatorTees.com accepts all major credit /debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.

May I pay with cash, check, or money order?
If you would like to pay with a cash, check, or money order, please contact customerservice@aviatortees.com.  We would be happy to provide you with alternate payment options.

Do I need a PayPal account to buy from AviatorTees.com?
No. You can pay with your credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

Do you accept orders over the phone?
Currently, we do not accept orders over the phone. Please e-mail us and we will contact you within three business days.

Do you ever sell out of a certain design?
No.  All of our shirts are made-to-order.  Occasionally, we will run out of a certain color or size of shirt.  If this occurs, we will just order your shirt from one of our clothing suppliers with our next shipment of shirts.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will either be AviatorTees.com or Booster Clothing, LLC.  Booster Clothing LLC is the legal name of our parent company.

Do you sell shirts wholesale?
If you are interested in buying wholesale, please contact us at customerservice@aviatortees.com.  In your email, please include the following:

  • Contact information
  • Company you work for (or own)
  • Store you are purchasing the shirts for
  • Valid Employer ID number
  • How many shirts you’re interested in buying

When will I receive my order?
We try to ship from our manufacturing facility in 7 business days.  For most t-shirt orders, standard delivery within the continental 48 United States is 14 days from the day the order was placed.  High-order volume periods, such as around holidays, can sometimes cause delays in the shipping process.  If you order an item that is out of stock, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.  However, for the time being, we prefer that you contact us directly at customerservice@aviatortees.com to place your order.

What shipping methods are available?
AviatorTees.com ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, in order to provide cost-effective and expedited shipping options.

How much are the shipping methods?
Shipping costs vary based on order size, shipping times, and which carrier is used.  The shipping costs increase as shipping times decrease and order sizes increase.  In order to calculate your order’s shipping cost, enter your address while checking out.  The available shipping options will be displayed with the corresponding price.

How do I track my package?
If your package is shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), we will email you a Delivery Confirmation number.  You may then track your package through their website:

If your package is shipped using UPS or FedEx, we will email you a tracking number provided by UPS or FedEx once your package is shipped.  You may then track your package through the respective website:

Please note that it can take a day or two for the carrier’s website to recognize the tracking number and provide accurate status updates.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails are blocked by email providers or moved to the “Spam” or “Junk” folder.  Please check your “Spam” or “Junk” folder to see if you received an email before contacting us.  If you still can’t find an email, please contact us at customerservice@aviatortees.com.  We can then confirm that your order was placed.

What kind of shirts do you use?
In order to provide the highest quality at the lowest cost, we use Gildan Ultra Cotton t-shirts.  Our shirts specifications are as follows:

            MEN’S – Gildan Ultra Cotton 2000

  • 100% preshrunk cotton
  • 6.1oz per sq yd
  • Ultra tight knit surface
  • Seamless double-needle collar
  • Taped neck and shoulders
  • Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems
  • Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease
  • Some colors contain polyester

WOMEN’S – Gildan Ultra Cotton 2000L

  • 100% preshrunk cotton
  • 6.1oz per sq yd

What size are your shirts?
Our t-shirts are quality, 100% cotton shirts that are considered to be normal size (not fitted).  The sizing charts are as follows:

I received the wrong shirt (not the one I ordered).
If you received the wrong shirt, please contact us at customerservice@aviatortees.com with your order number and what was wrong with your order.  We will make every effort to correct our mistake.

I received a defective shirt.
If you received a defective shirt, please contact us at customerservice@aviatortees.com with your order number and what was wrong with the shirt.  We will address the problem.

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased at AviatorTees.com?
You may return shirts that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of delivery.  If you plan on exchanging a shirt, please email us at customerservice@aviatortees.com with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Name under which the order was placed
  • Order number
  • Date order was placed
  • Date you shipped the shirt back to us
  • Tracking number/Delivery Confirmation number of the package you shipped back to us
  • Shipping address used for the order
  • What you shirt you would like to exchange for

Upon receipt of your item(s), we will process your exchange per your email instructions.  Shipping fees are non-refundable on exchanges.  We recommend insuring your package.

Does AviatorTees.com buy designs?
If you have a good idea, send it to customerservice@aviatortees.com. Please see the Add a Design page for more information. 

May I model for your website?
We encourage our customers to send us images wearing our products.  We will put up all appropriate pictures in the “Customers’ Pictures” section.  If, however, we decide to use your picture(s) for any other parts of the website, we will send you one free shirt for every picture we decide to use.  Please indicate in your email whether you want to be considered for these other parts of the website.  We prefer pictures of you either having fun or doing something aviation-related (or both).

What if I'm having problems using your website?
If you have trouble using our website, please e-mail us at customerservice@aviatortees.com.  If you find a problem with our website, please send us a detailed email so we can make the necessary changes. 

Do you attend air shows or other aviation events?
Yes, we attend as many shows as possible.  However, we are not always selling shirts or set up as vendors.  If you want to know about a specific event, please go to our events page.
