Adding a Plane, Helicopter, or Space Design to AviatorTees.com
Our goal is to eventually have a design up for all aircraft, helicopters, and spacecraft known to humans. Unfortunately, we are not there yet, but our goal is to get there soon. If you don’t see the plane, helicopter, or space vehicle you want on our site, please copy/paste this form into your e-mail and send it to us. In the subject line of your e-mail please state what you want added (i.e. Add a Plane, Add a Helicopter, etc.)

Do you have a finished Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop design you would like us to see? We enjoy seeing all different ideas and designs.
If we like your design so much that we decide to put it on our products and sell them on our website, we will send you 5 FREE T-SHIRTS WITH YOUR DESIGN ON IT!
If you would like to submit a design for consideration, please read the following waiver and email us your design. Remember that you may submit as many designs as you want. Doing so only increases the chance that we’ll pick one.
Liability/Use of Images Waiver
By reading and agreeing to this statement, you agree to let our company use your design, if selected, in return for five t-shirts without any other compensation. We, AviatorTees.com, are not required to give you any t-shirts unless your design is selected to be used and/or sold. Your design could be used for promotion and/or sale on our websites, brochures, catalogs, or any other business-related item. Furthermore, you understand that you will not be compensated monetarily now or in the future for any design submitted, regardless of the number of items sold with your design.
If your design is selected, you will still own the design. However, once your design is selected, AviatorTees.com has the permanent right to use the design as long as the website exists. If your design is selected, you do not have the right to have your design removed from our business-related items, including products sold, at any time.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California, may only be contested in California or arbitration at our sole option, and may be changed only by written agreement of both parties.
Your design submission is voluntary. This means that our company can remove your design from our products, websites, brochures, catalogs, or any other business-related items at any time and for any reason that is not illegal under state or federal law. This policy can be changed only by a written contract signed by the Chief Executive Officer of AviatorTees.com. No oral commitments to you regarding your volunteering are valid, whether made now or in the future.
